Within the first few months of launch, we saw a 34% decrease in users leaving the site (bounce rates) and an engagement rate averaging 64% while streamlining their Grant Programs to create a better user experience overall.

BlueCross Healthy Places

BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee gives back to their communities by providing ways to get healthy and enjoy the outdoors. BlueCross Healthy Places builds parks and facilities throughout the state to give neighbors spaces to come together and connect with one another.

The client’s previous web existence was getting buried under their main .com website. They wanted to branch off and begin building their own presence. We created a standalone website that focused on the main goal – feature their Healthy Places parks and create a way to easily locate each one. By doing so, we implemented a user-friendly map that locates each park found throughout the state of Tennessee.

Through the site’s design and animations, the brand comes to life to create that sense of wonder for its audience. Mining user and competitor data for targeting, along with technical search optimization, Puttery saw a 328% increase in keyword performance increasing their rank position higher up in search browsers.
